Arizona Leadership Council

Join Our Leadership Council

Take The Lead invites you to join its inaugural Arizona Leadership Council. The Arizona Leadership Council guides the work of Take The Lead Arizona, a chapter within Take The Lead, a 501c3 nonprofit organization.

Who are we? A cross-sector, diverse group of professionals committed to raising the bar for women in Arizona as part of Take The Lead’s mission: to prepare, develop, inspire and propel women to take their fair and equal share of leadership positions across all sectors by 2025 (64 years ahead of the current trajectory!) Take The Lead’s changes the way women approach power – from power “over” others (the dominant paradigm) to power “TO” embrace power and leadership for good.

Together, Arizona Leadership Council members take the lead to gather Arizona’s women leaders and train hundreds of future leaders. We work collaboratively with other organizations and individuals dedicated to achieving leadership parity.
