New York - August 23, 2019 - Take the Lead (https://www.taketheleadwomen.com), a non-profit dedicated to achieving gender parity by 2025, recently marked its fifth anniversary in at Alley Co-Working Space in New York. A standing-room-only crowd celebrated the organization's many successes and featured a one-on-one conversation between Gloria Feldt, co-founder and president of Take the Lead, and activist and award-winning actress Kathleen Turner.

“The room was electric, the crowd overwhelming in their support of Take The Lead and our mission,” says Feldt. “The evening ended as it started, with a call to all to continue the fight in achieving equality for women. Yes, we are celebrating our accomplishments, but at the same time, we are keeping our eyes squarely on the present and future, as we lead the way for equality for all.”
