What is Take The Lead Arizona?

Take The Lead has a proven, research-based program developed by bestselling author and CEO Gloria Feldt. Rooted in women’s relationship with power and intentionality, it cracks the code for women to embrace their power and achieve breakthrough results after years of being stuck at under 20% of top leadership.

If you’re passionate about gender parity and think it’s about time, get involved with Take The Lead Arizona’s Leadership Council. Along with Leadership Council Co-Chairs Tina Drews and Kami Hoskins, you’ll help create and support inspired programs to enhance the leadership capability of Arizona women.

Holds four business meetings a year to set local priorities
Hosts three exclusive gatherings annually that offer you access to cutting-edge leadership development news, speakers on the most relevant issues facing women in leadership today, and opportunities to meet other leaders you want to know
Supports Take The Lead programs that advance women’s leadership, including 50 Women Can Change the World in Nonprofit, Healthcare, and other sectors, as well as custom training and coaching for companies, organizations, and individuals
