50 Women Can Change the World is a transformational leadership program that gives participants the exact mindset, intention, skills, networks, and strategic leadership action plans to propel their business and personal success while building the desired impact through their business. It is designed to propel women entrepreneurs to think “big” and drive systemic changes that pave the way for others to follow.

With a mission that harnesses the collective power of diverse women to build a more just and equal world, Take The Lead intends to close the gender leadership gap by 2025. Entrepreneurship is a very lonely field to be in, especially for women. Take The Lead’s unique focus on building strong  community support along with tools you can use throughout the journey empowers women entrepreneurs to own & executive their vision with confidence! 

That will require closing the economic gap in funding and earning. 

You Know It well –  the world of business remains largely male dominated and that includes access to capital and venture funding. Women received 2.8% of VC funding in 2019; that fell to 2.3% in 2020 and under 2% in 2022. Nor do they typically have access to the networks of power and privilege that helped a young Bill Gates or Elon Musk get his start. And while women are starting businesses almost at the same rate as men, a whopping 50% drop off before hitting the growth stage due to lack of support, connections and growth capital.   We are here to help 50 women change that for themselves and the communities around them.
