I am the Founder and Principal of Customer Contact Women (CCWomen), and an award-winning intrapreneur recognized by Leading Women Entrepreneurs and named to Insight Success’  Top 10 Most Ambitious Women in Business to Follow.

While pursuing a fulfilling career at Customer Management Practice (CMP) as an analyst and a producer of the world’s largest customer contact event series, Customer Contact Week (CCW), I noticed the need for a space for women and allies to celebrate women and to support them in their careers. This led me to create CCWomen in 2018, a community for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the customer contact space.

CCWomen is the first and only group of its kind, offering support through networking, mentorship, and career development opportunities. Our community features women leaders and allies from across industries and generations who share their expertise and vision on critical issues facing women in customer contact. Moreover, our topic-focused events provide tangible resources for women to excel professionally.
As the Founder and Principal, I build and foster relationships with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds, and I’m excited to bring more people together to see what we have to offer.

It’s essential that we communicate the power of the CCWomen community to help build a world for women. Women are vital to business, and CCWomen is the perfect way to support women’s involvement in every aspect of it. Together with our allies, women can be and are a force for change and advancement.

Building CCWomen has been a joy. In this journey, my goal is to continue to grow personally and professionally by advocating for women from all backgrounds and all walks of life.
